Job summary

Capital Group in Los Angeles seeks an experienced web-experience professional to design and implement accessible, high-performance web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will collaborate with UX, IT, and marketing to deliver personalized experiences and maintain site quality.

You will administer web configuration tools, support authors, ensure SEO and metadata standards, and drive improvements across sites and campaigns.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in web development and digital experience platforms.

Responsibilities

Leverages resources to build web experiences using AEM and related tools.
Collaborates with IT on authoring experience, components, and templates.
Administers web configuration tools like Target and AEM Cloud for personalized experiences and A/B tests.
Coordinates releases and publishing across sites and campaigns.
Supports distributed authors with best practices in SEO, metadata, branding, tagging.
Maintains WCAG-compliant content and enforces platform standards.
Works with UX and IT to ensure process compliance and performance metrics.
