The role is hybrid based at Reading Hospital in West Reading, PA, involving coordination of light duty, plan of care, and communications with IMEs. PA RN license and W/C expertise required, with certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with workers' comp case management
• Strong understanding of Pennsylvania State Workers' Compensation
• PA Registered Nurse License
• PA Drivers License
• Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse or Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Safety certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide field and telephonic clinical case management for workers' compensation cases
• Contribute to compensability decisions and coordinate light duty
• Ensure compliance with plan of care and attend specialist appointments
• Draft letters to Independent Medical Examiners
• Support Occupational Health Services clients with RN case management
• Participate in or lead projects that support Employee Health and Accident Prevention
