Keystone Medical Resources, Inc. is seeking a California Workers' Compensation Field Case Manager.

This full-time role focuses on assessing and coordinating treatment plans for injured employees, with an emphasis on timely return-to-work and seamless communication among all parties. Remote-friendly with flexible work-from-home options, candidates with CA RN license and WC experience are preferred; CCM and advanced nursing degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

• California RN license preferred; CCM certification valued.
• Experience in workers’ compensation case management.
• Bilingual Spanish is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, evaluate and implement treatment plans for injured employees.
• Coordinate medical appointments and ancillary services.
• Ensure clear communication among employers, providers and claim staff.
• Manage field activities across Orange County & Long Beach, CA.
