Job summary

Stantec in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong Water/Wastewater infrastructure experience—someone ready for meaningful, challenging work and excited to grow our presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.

You will lead design and construction efforts for pumping stations, water treatment, and wastewater facilities, coordinating teams and guiding junior staff to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and oversee construction of water/wastewater systems.
• Manage client relationships and project coordination with internal/external teams.
• Provide project leadership and mentoring to staff; manage budgets and schedules.
