Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an entry-level wastewater process engineer to contribute to industrial water and wastewater treatment plant design across the US. You will work on front-end concept development, detailed designs, and field tasks with guidance from IWTO experts.

This hybrid role involves site visits, project support, and rapid career progression into project management or client development. Locations include Houston, Dallas, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Novi, Highlands Ranch, Atlanta, and

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience performing engineering calculations using software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as wastewater process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects with support from senior engineers.
• Assist in developing drawings, specifications, P&IDs, calculations, reports and equipment selection.
• Coordinate with drafters/designers and other disciplines to complete construction documents.
• Support construction phase activities including submittals, RFIs, and site-based engineering work.
• Perform field inspections, testing, and commissioning support.
• Conduct process troubleshooting, pilot testing, bench testing, and lab analyses.
