Job summary

Toll Brothers in Fort Washington, PA is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our corporate office. You will respond to warranty requests, dispatch service technicians, track completion, generate reports, and coordinate with subcontractors to manage billing and warranty service administration.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in fast-paced residential construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warranty requests and dispatch Service Technicians.
• Track completion and quality of service, generate reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to manage billing and warranty administration.
