Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking a Human Resources Services Coordinator to support our HR team at the Fort Washington, PA corporate office. The role covers benefits, compensation, onboarding, reporting, and recordkeeping with emphasis on delivering efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, plus a solid understanding of HR practices and solid written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or coordination experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Work in office 3 days per week; in-office days vary by division.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in a Human Resources department or Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions.
• Maintain Form I-9 compliance and audits.
• Support onboarding lifecycle including posting and background checks.
• Process data requests from the employee self-service portal.
• Identify ways to enhance HR processes and procedures.
