Job summary

Toll Brothers, America’s Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Princeton, New Jersey divisional office. You will respond to warranty requests, dispatch service technicians, track completion and quality of service, and work with subcontractors on billing and invoicing.

This hybrid role requires two or more years in residential construction, strong communication skills, meticulous documentation, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in fast-paced residential construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including telephone etiquette.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warranty requests and dispatch service technicians.
• Track service completion and quality, generate reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on billing and invoice processes.
• Quality control and warranty service administration.
