Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Human Resources Services Coordinator to join its HR team at the Fort Washington, PA corporate office. You will handle benefits, compensation, onboarding, reporting and recordkeeping supporting efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities include fielding employee questions, maintaining I-9 compliance, supporting onboarding, handling data requests, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 year administrative or coordination experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days vary per Division/Department.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience in a Human Resources department; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions.
• Maintain Form I-9 compliance and conduct I-9 meetings.
• Support onboarding lifecycle: posting positions, reviewing background checks, and position management.
• Process data requests from employee self-service portal.
• Identify and provide recommendations on methods to enhance processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
