The ideal candidate is comfortable operating a forklift, performing daily reconciliations, and coordinating with Sales Reps and customers to drive timely order entry and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a busy environment.
• Outstanding leadership, critical thinking, decision-making, and listening skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily warehouse operations from intake to fulfillment in compliance with company policies.
• Conducts daily inventory reconciliations and resolves discrepancies.
• Handle will-call customers and ensure professional service.
• Operates a forklift to load and unload freight safely.
• Supports inside branch operations with phone inquiries and order processing.
• Maintains showroom and inventory accuracy.
