Job summary

Emser Tile LLC, a national leader in ceramic tile and natural stone distribution, seeks a Hybrid Warehouse Representative & Customer Support at our Denver/Aurora, CO branch. The role combines hands-on warehouse duties with inside customer service to support sales, inventory control, and order processing.

You will operate a forklift, manage inventory, assist customers, and maintain showroom standards. This hourly position offers flexibility for extra hours based on business needs and high service

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in warehouse or related fields.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspecting, labeling, stocking, picking, packing and shipping in line with policies.
• Performs inventory reconciliations and resolves discrepancies; generates inventory reports.
• Handle will-call customers; provide professional service and assist inside operations with orders and customer requests.
• Operate forklift to load/unload freight; maintain clean, safe loading docks and facilities.
• Assist inside branch operations: phone inquiries, greet walk-in customers, process pick slips and sample boards.
