Job summary

Emser Tile LLC is seeking a versatile Warehouse Representative & Customer Support for a hybrid role at our local branch. You will manage end-to-end warehouse operations—from receiving to shipping—while also assisting customers, processing orders, and handling inside branch duties.

The role requires forklift operation daily, inventory control, and strong customer service. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; background checks may apply, and the position is hourly with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a busy team and maintain open communication.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily warehouse operations, including intake, receiving, inspection, labeling, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
• Conducts daily inventory reconciliations and resolves discrepancies; maintains inventory reports.
• Handles will-call customers and provides professional service throughout their experience.
• Operates forklift to load/unload freight from trucks and customer vehicles.
• Keeps warehouse and loading areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assists inside operations by answering calls, greeting walk-ins, and processing pick slips.
• Prepares basic sample boards for branch and customer showrooms.
• Other tasks to support customer service and warehouse operations.
