Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments.

• Outstanding communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of database and query functions; basic computer skills required.
• Forklift certification a plus and experience with a wet saw is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language for the area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with Sales Reps, Builders, Designers, Contractors, and walk-in customers, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Delivers exceptional service by streamlining coordination between the Company and its customers.
• Drives sales by assisting customers with product selections and accurate order entry.
• Coordinates account operations, including order status and pricing inquiries.
• Performs payments processing, vendor stock orders, and end-of-day paperwork.
• Maintains showroom standards with cleanliness, safety compliance, and inventory audits.
• Prepares basic sample boards for branch and customer showrooms.
• Supports warehouse operations as part of the hybrid role.
