Emser Tile LLC, a national leader in ceramic tile and natural stone distribution, seeks a Warehouse Representative & Customer Support Hybrid at our local branch. The role emphasizes warehouse operations, inventory integrity, and friendly customer service to support sales and showroom activities.

In this hybrid position, you will operate a forklift daily, process orders, assist customers in person and by phone, and help maintain inventory accuracy and showroom samples.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in warehouse, construction, design, or related settings.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a busy team environment.
• Forklift certification and experience with a wet saw is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations: receiving, labeling, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations and generate reports; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist will-call customers and maintain professional service.
• Process orders, provide account assistance, and handle payments and deposits.
• Support inside operations by answering inquiries and processing pick slips.
• Maintain showroom standards and assist with sample boards.
