Job summary

Mission Tile West in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Administrative Operations Associate. This hybrid role combines hands-on warehouse work with administrative and customer-service duties, plus showroom support.

You’ll receive and prepare orders, assist customers, answer phones, greet clients, support the sales team, and maintain an organized warehouse and showroom. Prior warehouse or admin experience is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused.
• Friendly and professional with customers.
• Comfortable balancing physical and administrative responsibilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Forklift experience is a plus; certification can be provided.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in incoming orders.
• Prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment.
• Safely operate a forklift and load customer vehicles.
• Assist with pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Greet clients and assist with customer pickups.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and showroom.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Work with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.
