Job summary

BP seeks a Vice President, Construction and Maintenance to lead global multi-site retail and travel center capital programs and maintenance. You will drive safety, reliability and cost efficiency, partnering with real estate, operations, finance and procurement across the US and international sites.

You will oversee construction strategy, capital planning, maintenance and asset performance, ensuring governance and disciplined execution while improving project delivery and vendor accountability.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in construction and facilities management.
• Experience leading large-scale capital programs across multiple sites.
• Strong governance, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Proven vendor and contractor management capabilities.
