Job summary

BP plc seeks a visionary Vice President of Construction and Maintenance to lead multi-site retail and travel center networks. You will own the capital delivery roadmap, drive safety and reliability, and ensure project success through strong governance and cross-functional collaboration.

This role partners with Real Estate, Operations, Merchandising, Finance and Legal to optimize value, minimize disruption, and deliver measurable improvements in asset performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in construction, maintenance, facilities or capital projects.
• Experience managing large, multi-site programs across dispersed assets.
• Strong governance, risk and safety management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own construction strategy and capital delivery for a large retail/travel center network.
• Lead maintenance strategy to ensure safe, reliable sites and strong uptime.
• Govern project prioritization, scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Drive vendor performance and contractor accountability with scorecards.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align capital plans with business goals.
