Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership in construction, with at least 5 years in an executive/operational role.
• Profit and loss responsibility of $200M+
• Strong understanding of regulated utility/public works environments and capital program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth through disciplined project execution and customer-focused delivery.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead large-scale, multi-site construction operations, including estimating, bidding, planning, execution, and safety compliance.
• Manage annual budget, capital plan, and long-term financial forecasts.
• Monitor performance with KPIs for safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
