Job summary

BKF is a multi-service infrastructure firm seeking a Vice President of Business Development for Planning and Government Solutions to lead the Western Region BD strategy across government, transportation, water, and land development markets.

The role partners with division leadership, builds the BD team, travels regionally, and reports to the CBDO and EVP. Requires 15+ years in BD within A/E/C, degrees, and CRM proficiency.

This is a hybrid, full-time role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business development, marketing leadership, and strategic planning in A/E/C infra services.
• Experience in Western U.S. markets preferred and willingness to travel regularly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD program and strategies to achieve annual financial goals for the Division.
• Develop growth strategies across markets, geographies and client segments.
• Build and mentor the Division's BD team and manage key client relationships.
