Prolink is seeking a VMS Billing Specialist II to join our Finance team in a hybrid work environment. You will handle billing processes, data entry, allocations, approvals, and adjustments while resolving complex issues in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or equivalent, 3+ years in a related field, and strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork. The role supports continuous process improvements and client contracts reviews.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Prior experience within the staffing industry.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely invoicing.
• Create and update standard operating procedures.
• Review client contracts and respond to requests promptly.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent variances in A/R balances.
• Process adjustments (credits/debits) accurately and efficiently.
• Support weekly cash goals and timely remittance processing.
• Complete Month End reconciliations and related reporting.
