This role supports the revenue cycle by ensuring claims are submitted correctly, resolving discrepancies, and managing accounts receivable activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit claims and invoices to third-party payers by required deadlines.
• Monitor billing activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
• Research, resolve, and resubmit denied or unpaid claims.
• Review remittance advice and payments to identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve billing issues and obtain missing documentation.
• Maintain documentation for submissions, adjustments, appeals, and payer communications.
