Responsibilities

• Support ordering and distributing fixtures, graphics and VM materials across all retail and wholesale accounts.
• Liaise between vendors, retail representatives, wholesale account managers and regional VM managers.
• Maintain daily communication with the Wholesale Team to support 300 wholesale doors.
• Manage and log the Wholesale Image Roll Out distro with up-to-date specs.
• Keep corporate inventory organized and ready for markets and events.
• Create purchase orders for visual projects.
• Process and code vendor invoices to keep budgets current.
• Assist with new store openings, including travel to support setup.
• Assist with seasonal window installations or events and manage materials library.
