Job summary

David Yurman is seeking a Coordinator of Visual Operations in Tribeca, NY, to support the production of Visual Merchandising materials and ensure timely communication across Retail, Wholesale, and corporate initiatives.

You will oversee inventory, manage purchase orders and vendor invoices, and assist with store openings and seasonal windows, with travel as needed.

This hybrid role offers a base pay of $30-32/hour, plus benefits and opportunities to contribute to a premium American luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Operations Manager in ordering and distributing fixtures, graphics and VM materials across all retail and wholesale accounts.
• Act as liaison between vendors, retail representatives, wholesale account managers and regional VM managers.
• Maintain daily communication with the Wholesale Team to provide consistent support for all 300 Wholesale doors.
• Manage and log the Wholesale Image Roll Out distro with up-to-date specification.
• Oversee corporate inventory of fixtures, organized and up to date for office needs.
• Create purchase orders for Visual projects.
• Process and code invoices from vendors to keep the budget current.
• Assist with new store openings, including travel to support setup.
• Assist with seasonal and specialty window installations or events.
