Summary

Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining visual presentation direction and standards across assigned retail boutiques, supporting multiple locations. Partners with corporate, regional retail leadership, and in-store teams to execute installs, rotations, collection launches, windows, and event set‑ups. The role requires strong leadership, organization, travel between stores, and flexible hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a cross‑functional support network to coordinate VM installs, rotations, and maintenance with Regional Retail Manager, Store Directors, Category Managers, and Operations.
• Plan and execute visual efforts including collection launches, window changes, business rotations, and in‑store event set‑ups.
• Oversee display updates across Women’s, Men’s, Fine Jewelry, and Watches.
• Communicate weekly schedules, guidelines, and future planning to all teams and coordinate walk‑throughs and morning meetings.
• Develop and maintain systems for display maintenance, prop organizing, and inventory control.
• Support other regions for events, pop‑ups, and store openings as capacity allows.
• Address merchandising concerns and adapt guidelines to meet business needs and corporate directives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with excellent planning, organization, and creative skills.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization and ability to develop and train teams.
• Ability to follow company policies, build relationships, and uphold brand image standards.
