Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Visual Operations Coordinator to support the production and rollout of visual merchandising materials for retail and wholesale accounts. You will manage inventory, purchase orders, and vendor invoices, and coordinate distribution of fixtures, graphics, and visual assets across stores.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of visual merchandising production and timeline management.
• Experience managing inventory, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
• Strong communication and coordination across internal teams and vendors.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-project handling.
• Willingness to travel to support store setups and installations.

Responsibilities

• Support ordering and distribution of fixtures, graphics and VM materials for retail and wholesale accounts.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, retail representatives, wholesale account managers and regional VM managers.
• Manage and log Wholesale Image Roll Out distribution and maintain up-to-date specifications for wholesale doors.
• Maintain corporate inventory of fixtures and visual materials and keep the materials library organized.
• Create purchase orders for visual projects and process vendor invoices and coding to keep budgets current.
• Assist with new store openings, seasonal window installations and special events; travel as required.
