Qualifikationen

• 1 year data entry with customer contact experience.
• 2 years office environment experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve payment/system/data-quality issues.
• Salesforce and CRM software experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers and vendors via outbound calls to resolve unprocessed or unsettled transactions.
• Educate vendors on payment processes.
• Verify contact and remit-to information for processing electronic payments.
• Accurately enter information into the database.
• Maintain precise notes of supplier contact and follow-up attempts.
• Create follow-up tickets based on vendor requests.
