Job summary

Superclean Service Company, Inc. is seeking a Vendor Coordinator/Recruiter to manage outsourced vendors, schedule work, and maintain strong client relationships. This hybrid role requires 1-2 days onsite after training, with strong communication and recruiting experience, plus excellent customer service.

You will negotiate pricing, interview independent contractors, review qualifications, and generate reports from vendor-tracking systems. A quarterly bonus is possible based on production metrics.

Qualifications

• Professional communication skills and customer service experience.
• Experience in recruiting and handling independent contractors.
• Strong telephone etiquette and outbound calling experience.
• Familiarity with vendor tracking and reporting.
• Local Dallas candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Match vendors with potential sites and negotiate pricing.
• Support the team with vendor needs for new clients.
• Initiate phone contact with qualified independent contractors.
• Interview independent contractors and assess qualifications and history.
• Create reports from the vendor tracking program.
• Spend most of the day speaking with vendors; outbound calling.
• Mentor Junior Recruiters to source candidates nationwide.
