Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Vendor Dispatch Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination of vendor service requests from review to completion. You will confirm scope, qualify vendors, schedule, issue POs, and track progress using Airtable and related systems.

In this hybrid Houston-based role, you will collaborate with Field Service and Engineering, maintain records, and ensure safety and timelines. A technical background and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a technical-oriented customer service role or 3+ years in a technical field.
• Preferred experience in the solar industry.
• Experience in vendor coordination and dispatch.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess dispatch requests for feasibility, completeness and scope of work.
• Coordinate onsite vendor dispatch and optimize schedules.
• Track spare parts and issue purchase orders for services.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, Field Service and Engineering teams.
• Adhere to security protocols and company policies.
