Medline is seeking a Prime Vendor Analyst in Columbus, OH, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The role analyzes pricing and inventory trends to identify improvement opportunities and supports the sales organization with KPI reporting.

The candidate will build relationships with customers, vendors, and sales teams, lead meetings, review pricing, and drive contract terms. A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of analytics or a HS diploma with 5+ years is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales analysis and support OR High School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in sales analysis and support.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and develop relationships with the customer, sales teams, and vendor community.
• Lead/participate in meetings on behalf of customer (e.g., value analysis committee).
• Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms.
• Present findings to customer procurement team contacts.
• Measure trends, efficiencies and KPI performance for pricing and inventory.
• Support sales by managing contract terms, brand conversions, and tracking savings/projects.
• Present project updates, business results, and committee findings.
• Review pricing for discrepancies; ensure new pricing rules are approved by sales teams.
• Provide issue resolution for inventory surplus, backorders, and invoices; coordinate with internal teams.
• Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop and maintain reporting requirements.

Work with internal and external customers to drive results tied to defined distribution metrics and reporting requirements. Meet with sales and the customer to identify, prioritize, track and manage projects and KPI performance.**Job Description****MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Create, maintain, and develop relationships with the customer, sales teams, and vendor community. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
