Qualifications

• 2+ years BIM/VDC experience with 4D modeling or scheduling.
• Proficiency with 4D platforms (SYNCHRO/Fuzor) and Revit/Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction schedules and model linking.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and collaborate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D models connecting 3D elements with schedules using SYNCHRO 4D Pro or similar tools.
• Prepare and structure model data (Revit parameters, element coding) for reliable linking.
• Identify sequencing constraints, risks, and opportunities with project teams.
• Create simulations and visuals to support planning discussions and strategy.
• Keep models current as designs and priorities change; pivot between projects.
• Coordinate with an international delivery team and ensure deliverable quality.
• Improve workflows, troubleshoot data integration, and test automation tools.
• Contribute to 5D workflows linking quantities, schedules, and costs.
• Share knowledge and promote 4D usage in project delivery.
