Job summary

iManage is seeking a UX Researcher to uncover insights, inform product decisions, and support trusted AI experiences across our enterprise platform.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and others to understand complex workflows and turn findings into clear direction for design and roadmap decisions. The role emphasizes rigorous research practices in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX research for digital products in B2B/enterprise SaaS.
• Strong qualitative methods and mixed-methods experience.
• Collaborates with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
• Research complex workflows and translate findings into design recommendations.
• Experience with moderated and unmoderated studies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling; tailor insights.
• Contributes to research planning and prioritization.
• Comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and balancing needs.
• Advocate for users within technical/organizational constraints.
• Degree in HCI/UX-related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct generative and evaluative research across the product lifecycle.
• Identify user needs and pain points in enterprise environments.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to inform roadmaps and design decisions.
• Select appropriate research methods for each question.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Create personas, journey maps, and recommendations for teams.
• Contribute to a shared research repository and operations.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to support synthesis with rigor.
