Job summary

Isomer is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to own the design strategy and execution for our enterprise workflow platform. You will shape the user experience, establish design systems, and partner with product and engineering to deliver powerful, data-rich interfaces for large enterprise customers.

You will lead end-to-end design efforts, drive research initiatives, and advocate for exceptional UX while aligning with business goals in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or workflow automation platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex, data-rich interfaces for enterprise users.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale, with a focus on consistency and reusability.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with product managers and engineers, balancing user needs with technical constraints.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own Design Strategy: Define the design vision for Isomer's platform and ensure it is intuitive and delightful for enterprise users.
• Design End-to-End Experiences: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs from concept to launch.
• Build Design Systems: Establish and maintain a scalable system for consistency across the product.
• Partner with Product & Engineering: Collaborate with PMs and engineers to validate designs and ensure implementation.
• Conduct User Research: Lead research initiatives and translate insights into design improvements.
• Drive Design Excellence: Champion quality and advocate for user needs across teams.
• Iterate Based on Data: Use analytics and usability testing to refine the product experience.
• Shape Product Direction: Contribute to strategy and help define future features.
