Job summary
iManage is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to drive complex initiatives across requirements, design, build and delivery of our core cloud platform. You will own the SDLC end-to-end, partner with product management, design and research, and bring an ownership mindset to deliver scalable solutions for knowledge workers worldwide.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Hands-on ownership of complex technical initiatives from problem definition to delivery.
- Experience with Java, microservices and event-driven architectures at production scale.
- Designing and delivering cloud-native systems at scale, preferably on Azure.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, Linux development runtime.
- Experience with secure coding, threat modeling, and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Own technical initiatives end to end from problem definition through delivery with minimal oversight.
- Operate with a product mindset to understand customer and business impact.
- Design and implement modern cloud-native systems to scale with demand.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
- Apply AI tools thoughtfully as part of daily engineering work.
- Communicate, document, and present to technical and business audiences.
