Job summary

Rotary is seeking a UX Design Lead to shape the experiences across our product suite. You will guide usability, accessibility, and visual discipline from research through final execution with an entrepreneurial mindset.

You will lead end-to-end design, scale our visual design system, champion accessibility (WCAG AA+), collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor designers while advancing a modern aesthetic for a global audience.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of visual/product design experience for consumer or SaaS apps.
• Portfolio is required to be considered.
• Strong typography, color, layout and motion skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from research to high-fidelity visuals.
• Shape Rotary's visual design system and token architecture.
• Ensure accessibility and localization across surfaces.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and brand teams.
• Mentor designers and provide critique to raise craft.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
