Job summary

Rotary International in Evanston, IL, is seeking a UX Design Lead to shape Rotary's digital experiences. You will own the visual quality, usability, and accessibility across products, maturing the design system and token architecture, and partnering with engineering and product teams to deliver on global scale.

The role requires 6–8+ years of experience, a relevant design degree, and deep fluency in Figma, prototyping, and motion design. Hybrid work with on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in visual or product design for consumer or SaaS apps.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design process and craft.
• Degree in Communication/Graphic/Visual/Interaction Design or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Mature Rotary's visual design system and token architecture.
• Lead end-to-end design work from research to high-fidelity visual execution.
• Conduct usability and A/B testing to inform design refinements.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to translate design to code.
• Stay current on visual and motion design trends and AI tooling.
