Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI design or related field.
Proven experience leading UX design for complex multiplatform products.
Experience with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
Experience leading user research and turning insights into strategy.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage a team of UX designers, setting expectations and ensuring high-quality output.
Define UX strategy and design direction aligned with user needs and business goals.
Oversee UX deliverables: user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and accessible designs.
Plan and incorporate user research into decision making.
Maintain and evolve design systems and patterns across products.
Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to shape requirements and priorities.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to align product direction with user insights.
Present UX perspectives in roadmaps and leadership discussions.
Identify process and tool improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
Track feedback and metrics to support continuous product improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation and inclusive design.
