Job summary

Rotary International is seeking a UX Design Lead to shape and elevate the visual language across Rotary’s product suite. You will own end-to-end design from user research to polished visuals, ensuring accessibility and scalable systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor designers, and push for innovative, user-centered solutions that align with Rotary’s brand and global reach.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required demonstrating end-to-end design process.
• Experience designing for global audiences with accessibility in mind.
• Experience maturing visual design systems and tokens.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design work from research to high-fidelity visuals.
• Develop and maintain Rotary's visual design system and tokens.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research and brand teams.
• Provide critique and mentorship to other designers.
• Balance brand identity with scalable product UI for global use.
• Conduct usability and A/B testing to refine design solutions.
