Job summary

nTech Workforce is seeking a Construction/Electric Project Manager to lead multiple utility and civil construction projects in the West-Suburban area. The role combines hybrid work with in-office presence, and requires frequent site visits to project locations monthly.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 3+ years of project management experience, plus familiarity with utility installation and forecasting. PMP/PE is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10–12 projects in the West-Suburban region
• Travel monthly to project sites for field walkdowns
• Review contract proposals/bids and contribute to forecasting (Monthly Cash Flows)
• Coordinate with utility and civil/engineering teams on installation/relocation work
