KDM Engineering seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead utility-focused programs in our Chicago office. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets and deliverables, and ensure projects meet client expectations and safety standards.

You will build relationships with clients, mentor staff, and oversee proposal development while aligning work with company practices and standards. This role offers hybrid work in Chicago and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior industry experience.
• PMP preferred.
• Exelon experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build plans for business development.
• Leads the design on large/complex projects.
• Prepares and reviews / supervises calculations, drawings, specifications.
• Coordinate scheduling, planning, budgeting, and managing personnel.
• Monitor engineering work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
