Metro Engineering Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout, working onsite in Lansing three days per week with remaining days eligible for remote work.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, clients and regulatory stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, and budget are met while mentoring field staff and delivering status reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or General Business.
• 5+ years of project management and utility experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project execution.
• Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Mentor and support project team members including coordinators and field staff.
