Job summary

Harnham is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to lead our training function in Phoenix and remotely support our NYC office. You will design, deliver, and continuously enhance recruitment training for our global teams.

You will lead onboarding, coach recruiters through live mentoring, call coaching, role-plays, and development sessions. You will partner with leadership to drive performance and measure impact across North America.

Qualifications

• Proven success within an agency recruitment environment.
• Track record of exceeding revenue and billing targets.
• Strong history of winning new business through outbound development.
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to inspire and elevate performance across recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously enhance recruitment training programs.
• Lead onboarding and classroom training for all new hires.
• Coach recruiters through live desk-side mentoring, call coaching, role-playing, and one-on-one sessions.
• Train consultants on: Business Development, Client Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, Market Mapping, Qualification & Interview Best Practices, Negotiation & Offer Management, Time Management, Desk Organization, Recruitment Strategy & Market Intelligence.
• Partner with leadership to identify development opportunities across the business.
• Measure training effectiveness through activity, productivity, placements, revenue growth, and consultant progression.
• Build engaging training materials, playbooks, workshops, and learning resources.
• Continuously improve learning programs with industry best practices and emerging AI recruiting technologies.
