Responsibilities

• Handle new business submissions and refer to underwriters as needed
• Assist with endorsements and renewals within established timeframes
• Provide customer service to policyholders and agents via phone and email
• Coordinate with underwriters to update policyholder status and initiate changes
• Maintain policyholder information and documents communication
