A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior Unified Communications Engineer in Castle Rock, Colorado. In this critical role, you will support, maintain, and enhance Unified Communications systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of telecom operations experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecom operations, VoIP, and voicemail systems.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networks as they relate to UC systems.
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot UC issues and perform regular maintenance and upgrades.
