Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an entry-level UAM Engineering Services Administrator 1 in Pittsburgh, PA.

The role supports the operations team by maintaining cost and timeline data for engineering projects, using Google Suite, SPANS, NJUNS, and GIS platforms, and updating logs to ensure efficient workflows. As a hybrid, in-office and remote position, you will learn under supervision, handle data entry, coordinate communications with clients, and help keep project documentation organized

Qualifications

• Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain professional certificates/licenses as required.
• Proficiency in basic office applications and data entry; willing to learn SPANS, NJUNS, GIS.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and detailed data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining joint-use applications, client proposals, and data within client-specific software.
• Maintain project cost and timeline data by logging in spreadsheets and platforms.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients, written and verbal.
• Follow project workflows to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain electronic filing systems and document control.
• Provide general administrative support including calls, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Travel 5% for on-site training, projects, or meetings.
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and company procedures.
