Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain certificates/licenses as needed.
• Proficiency in basic office applications and data entry; ready to learn SPANS, NJUNS, GIS.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to work with multiple variables and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain joint-use applications and client data in software.
• Track and update project cost and timeline data across logs.
• Communicate with team and clients effectively in writing and speaking.
• Follow workflows to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with filing, records, and document management; support travel.
