• Experience supporting travel, expense, corporate card, or reimbursement processes.
• Strong customer-service focus with ability to handle sensitive financial information.
• Familiarity with travel-and-expense systems in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve travel card requests, applications, account changes, and closures.
• Support cardholders and program admins by resolving travel card, expense, and account issues.
• Manage credit limit exceptions and open/close expense category types as needed.
• Provide advanced support to travelers, including Concur expense report corrections.
• Partner with banks, travel agencies, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and share best practices.
• Perform program audits, maintain records, and train program admins on card program processes.
