Job summary

Hive Group, LLC is seeking a Program Project Analyst II to support the TSA Trusted Traveler & Credentialing program. The role includes mid-level business process analysis, operational support, and analytical modeling across divisions such as Program Execution and Operations.

Hybrid work is available out of Annapolis Junction, MD and Springfield, VA with on-site requirements. The position emphasizes requirements gathering, data modeling, SOP development, and stakeholder engagement to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business process re-engineering, workflow analysis, or program management support.
• Must pass TSA suitability and security requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and BPR.

Responsibilities

• Research, map, and analyze current-state processes to optimize operations.
• Document, validate, and manage functional, technical, and operational requirements.
• Perform data management, trend analysis, and root-cause evaluation for performance tracking.
• Develop and update SOPs, process maps, and user guides.
• Assist with stakeholder intake, prioritization, and cross-team coordination.
• Prepare dashboards, briefings, and weekly status materials for leadership.
