FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Sales Specialist I for a hybrid role. You will identify prospects, build relationships with new customers, and drive transportation brokerage services through RFPs, bids, and contract management.

You will coordinate with finance, operations, and legal to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction, while guiding pricing and service options. The role requires a Bachelors in business or related field, or a high school diploma with four years of

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field.
• In lieu of degree, a high school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience accepted.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field.
• High school diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of an undergraduate degree.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, obtain and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Develops and executes sales strategy and customer engagement strategy.
• Manage account relationships with new customers as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day needs, including pricing and consultative services.
• Identify services and pricing that meet customer needs.
• Track and maintain all sales activities in CRM and manage rate and lane negotiations.
• Facilitate the administrative process related to contracts, RFPs and bids with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with team members to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues and identify new service opportunities.
