Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a proactive Transportation Litigation Attorney to join our Seattle, Washington office, representing a large international logistics provider in transportation-related litigation and regulatory matters within a hybrid work setting.

Candidates must be admitted in Washington with 5–7+ years of general casualty litigation, trial experience, and the ability to chair matters. Deposition and motion practice, plus cross-office collaboration, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Washington State.
• 5–7+ years of general casualty litigation experience.
• First and/or second chair experience strongly desired.
• Trial experience required.
• Transportation/logistics regulatory experience preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce/gig economy legal issues preferred.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Draft case analysis reports for client stakeholders.
