The role requires 8+ years of casualty litigation, Texas admission, strong trial and deposition experience, and the ability to lead matters from inception to resolution with senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 8 years of general casualty litigation experience.
• Texas bar admission required.
• Trial experience required; first/second chair preferred.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a transportation litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research on transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Draft case analysis reports for client stakeholders.
